### Booking Policy

- A deposit is required for all chemical bookings; clients will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours.
- All chemical services require a skin test at least 48 hours before service.
- All chemical services (colours, perms) must be booked directly with a team member — in person, via message, or by phone. These cannot be booked online.
- A free consultation is available for new clients or a change of service.
